Please check your email (or your spam in case it's it's landed there).
1) Take the following short survey. This is purely optional. It's just to establish a starting point of happiness and wellbeing so that we can measure an average change in happiness and wellbeing in everyone who participates. But if you're prefer not, that is absolutely OK and you can still participate in the daily practices.
Please keep a note of your score.
2) Each day for 21 days, beginning on 13th November 2024 (World Kindness Day), you'll receive a short email with:
a) a link to a short 'kindfulness' meditation practice and
b) a link to a short video (2/3 minutes on average) that is educational about kindness or encourages you to think kindly about something.
*NOTE: If you've just joined on November 13th, or after, you may have missed the first email so you can find the first two videos here.
3) At the end of the 21 days, take the survey again (optional) to see if there's any positive change in your happiness and wellbeing.
That's it!
And please note, the survey is completely optional. It's simply so that we can get an average measure of how a daily focus on kindness can impact upon mental health. But you can still participate in the 21 days without completing it.
