What to expect:
You'll receive my weekly 'Better You, Backed by Science' email every Wednesday. The exact time of day you receive it will depend on where you live and your time zone. I live in Scotland (for the weather!) and usually send them early morning from the UK timezone.
It'll be an insight or tip, grounded in science, to help you feel better, think better, and live better.
It'll only take a minute or two to read. I like to keep things short, but helpful. 🙂
